• Mosquitos are found in the area, but there are programmes being introduced by the United  nations and the Worldbank to solve this concern.

• The client will receive a lease registered at the Notary, where it will indicate the structure being erected and the right of use on the “site” which will be according to GPS readings.  The dwelling will be added to a holiday rental pool:  income shared 50 / 50 % by owner and Dongane Estate.

• Protection of Fauna & Flora will be a main priority.
